Permanent eyeliner is placed in the lash line, which enhances and defines the beauty of the eyes. The technique is a very natural look and will make lashes appear thicker when not wearing mascara. It opens the eyes and makes them "pop"
At Outstanding Training Center, we are offering two different types Eyeliner Tattoo Training Classes, Handcraft Seminars & Machine 'seminars
Handcraft Seminar
Our handcraft seminars are designed with the beginner student in mind. Each of of our lessons are to build on top of previous lessons to give each or our students the fundamental of Eyeliners Tattoo from consultation, to design, to actually Microblading processing with the Easter Pearl Pen.
Machine Seminar
Our machine seminars are designed for intermediate students, who either already have some experiences with Permanent Makeup such as Microblading. Rather than focusing on fundamentals of using Machine (Mastor brand ), we will focus on various methods in performing the Eyeliner Tattoo service.
