Refund Policy

Refund Statement

Outstanding Training Center provides professional courses, training programs, workshops, and educational services. Due to the nature of our courses and the resources reserved for each student, all payments are generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Outstanding Training Center.

By registering for a course, submitting a deposit, making a payment, or completing enrollment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

SECTION 1 - COURSE PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

All course tuition, registration fees, deposits, installment payments, material fees, private training fees, workshop fees, and other course-related payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Once payment is received, Outstanding Training Center may reserve your seat, schedule instructors, prepare course materials, secure classroom space, arrange equipment, order supplies, organize student models, and make other preparations for your attendance.

For this reason, a change of mind, scheduling conflict, work obligation, travel issue, transportation issue, personal circumstance, financial circumstance, relocation, or decision not to attend does not normally qualify for a refund.

Deposits are used to secure enrollment and are non-refundable. If a remaining balance is due, the balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of registration or enrollment.

SECTION 2 - CANCELLATIONS BY STUDENTS

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you must contact Outstanding Training Center as soon as possible.

Student cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Depending on the circumstances, course availability, and the type of program purchased, Outstanding Training Center may choose to allow a student to transfer to another available course date, apply an approved course credit, or attend a future session of the same course.

Any transfer, credit, or rescheduling arrangement is provided at the discretion of Outstanding Training Center unless otherwise required by law. Approval of one exception does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in the future.

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior approval may be considered a no-show, and the payment may be forfeited.

SECTION 3 - RESCHEDULING AND COURSE TRANSFERS

Requests to reschedule or transfer an enrollment must be approved by Outstanding Training Center.

Approval is subject to class capacity, instructor availability, course schedules, student model availability, equipment availability, and other operational considerations.

If a student is permitted to transfer to a course with a higher tuition price, the student will be responsible for paying the difference before attending the new course.

If a student transfers to a lower-priced course, any difference in tuition is not automatically refundable and may be handled as a course credit at the discretion of Outstanding Training Center.

Course registrations may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to another person without prior written approval.

SECTION 4 - MISSED CLASSES, LATE ARRIVALS AND COURSE COMPLETION

Students are responsible for attending all scheduled classes and arriving on time.

Missing a class, arriving late, leaving early, failing to complete required training hours, or failing to satisfy attendance requirements does not qualify the student for a refund.

Where available, Outstanding Training Center may permit a student to attend a make-up session or repeat certain training. Make-up classes and repeat sessions are subject to availability and may involve additional fees where applicable.

Enrollment does not guarantee successful completion, certification, passing an examination, professional licensing, employment, income, or business success.

A student's failure to pass an examination, demonstrate required skills, complete required practice, satisfy attendance requirements, or obtain a desired certificate, license, permit, or employment opportunity does not by itself create a right to a refund.

SECTION 5 - COURSE CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BY OUTSTANDING TRAINING CENTER

Outstanding Training Center reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify a course when reasonably necessary.

Such changes may occur because of instructor availability, insufficient enrollment, severe weather, emergencies, facility issues, equipment issues, student model availability, government restrictions, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If Outstanding Training Center reschedules a course, students will normally be offered an alternative date or another reasonable arrangement.

If Outstanding Training Center permanently cancels a course and is unable to provide a reasonable replacement, transfer, credit, or alternative arrangement, any refund will be handled in accordance with the student's enrollment agreement and applicable law.

Outstanding Training Center is not responsible for indirect or personal expenses related to a cancelled or rescheduled course, including transportation, airfare, hotel costs, parking, childcare, meals, or lost wages, except where otherwise required by law.

SECTION 6 - COURSE MATERIALS, KITS AND DIGITAL CONTENT

Course materials, training kits, manuals, tools, supplies, products, practice materials, digital content, online lessons, downloadable materials, and other items provided in connection with a course may be non-refundable once issued, opened, accessed, downloaded, customized, or used.

Materials included with tuition do not have a separate cash value unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a course includes online or digital materials, access to those materials may begin immediately after enrollment. Once access has been provided, the digital portion of the course is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable.

SECTION 7 - LICENSING, CERTIFICATION AND CAREER OUTCOMES

Outstanding Training Center provides education and professional training. Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, completion of a course does not guarantee the issuance of a government license, permit, registration, professional credential, employment position, salary, income level, client base, or business result.

Students are responsible for confirming any licensing, examination, education, age, experience, health, immigration, employment, or other requirements applicable to their intended profession or jurisdiction.

If Outstanding Training Center provides licensing or permit guidance, that guidance is intended to assist the student but does not guarantee approval by any government agency, licensing authority, employer, or other third party.

A student's inability to obtain a desired license, permit, certification, registration, employment opportunity, or professional result does not automatically qualify the student for a refund.

SECTION 8 - SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Outstanding Training Center understands that serious medical, family, or personal emergencies may occasionally affect a student's ability to attend a course.

In such circumstances, the student should contact Outstanding Training Center promptly.

At our discretion, we may consider reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling, course credit, or transfer to a future session. Supporting documentation may be requested when appropriate.

Approval of an accommodation does not necessarily create a right to a monetary refund.

Refunds will only be provided when specifically approved by Outstanding Training Center or when required by applicable law.

SECTION 9 - PAYMENT DISPUTES AND REFUNDS REQUIRED BY LAW

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact Outstanding Training Center directly so that we may review the matter.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel an enrollment or establish a right to a refund. Outstanding Training Center may provide enrollment records, payment records, attendance records, communications, signed agreements, and other relevant documentation to the applicable bank or payment processor when responding to a dispute.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to waive or limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

If a particular course or program is subject to a mandatory refund requirement under applicable law, the legally required refund policy will apply to that course.
