Training Center Policies
The following are policies currently enforced at Outstanding Training Center. They are outlined in the Student Agreement contract that is signed by all incoming students prior to the start of training.
Course Structure: All courses begin with in-class lecture presentations followed by hands-on demonstrations and multiple practice assignments in the classroom.
Material Distribution: The training methods, content, and materials provided by the Outstanding Training Center are intended for the sole purpose of providing training resources for OTC students. Students are not allowed to reproduce, copy, distribute, or sell the training materials (including the Training Manual) for any reason without a written permission from Outstanding Training Center.
Certification: At the completion of the course, Outstanding Training Center will award a certificate of hours completed in training along with the instructor’s assessment of the student’s performance during the time of training.
Attendance: All courses follow a daily schedule from 10am to 5pm unless informed otherwise. If a student is absent or tardy to any of the scheduled trainings, they will receive a reduced number of hours awarded to them according to the number of hours missed. In the case of an emergency, students will have the opportunity to make up hours with external assignments. All attending students will receive hours earned.
Models: Outstanding Training Center will require students to provide/bring in live models during the training. By default, this resource is not provided by Outstanding Training Center. If the student is unable to provide a live model, OTC will outsource on behalf of the student and charge $150 per model during the live model training.
Deposit: In order to secure a spot in the course, students are required to pay a $400 deposit for the 3-Days or 5-Days Course, and/or a $200 deposit for any 1-Day Advanced course. The deposit will be applied to the course’s total amount.
Cancellations / deposit: The deposit is fully refundable at least one business day before the first day of the training course. Once the scheduled training begins (or less than one business day before), any deposit amount or full amount paid is NON-refundable. Students may reschedule training for a later date in the case of an emergency (with a prior notice of at least one business day before the first day of class) and 100% of initial deposit will go toward later training date.
Course Fee Deadline: The full course payment is required prior to the start of any course. Students must pay off the full amount of tuition on the day of the first seminar. Students agree that all courses, products, and service payments are NON-Transferable and NON-Refundable on or after the day of the first seminar. Payments can be exchanged for store credit only, but this is approved on a case-by-case basis.
Student Conduct: Students are expected to attend all scheduled seminars of the training. Students are expected to be attentive and maintain professional conduct throughout the entire training program.
Photo Waiver: Prior to the start of any course, students are asked to grant permission to Outstanding Training Center for the obtaining of photographs and videos of them during the training program. Students are asked to give their consent to OTC to use and distribute those photographs and videos for publication, commercial, promotional, and/or teaching purposes. Students are asked to hold Outstanding Training Center harmless from any liability, loss, or expense arising from the use of my voice and likeness in the production. They are also asked to consent to the use of their name, likeness and voice and any material about them for promotional, publicity, or teaching purposes.
Property Loss: Students are informed that Outstanding Training Center is not responsible or liable for any personal property loss or damage.
